Use of the Worldith mod includes use of anything related to Worldith.
By using the Worldith mod, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

OWNERSHIP AND RESTRICTIONS

• Explicit permission refers to written approval from the creators of Worldith, which may be requested through official communication channels such as the Worldith Discord server or email.

• Worldith is not open source. You may not, without explicit permission from the creators, distribute, edit, or reverse-engineer the mod.

• You do not own any of the textures, code, music, or other assets created by Worldith. These assets remain the exclusive property of Worldith.

• Minecraft content separate from Worldith is owned by Mojang. Refer to the Minecraft EULA for information on their rights and terms.

CONTENT CREATION

• You are allowed to create content, including videos, streams, and edits, featuring Worldith. Monetization of such content is permitted, and mentioning Worldith is appreciated.

• Worldith music will not trigger copyright strikes and may be used in social media content, provided that proper credit is given. Proper credit includes mentioning "Worldith" and providing a link to the official Worldith site or social media. However, uploading the music as standalone files is prohibited. Reactions and commentary involving the music or other content are permitted with proper credit or links to Worldith.

CONTRIBUTIONS

Users can and do contribute to Worldith. By contributing, you agree that any content you create for the mod becomes the property of Worldith, including derivative works and modifications based on Worldith assets.

• Worldith will provide you with proper credit for your contributions, including ideas, assets, or code. If you feel we have not, let us know!

SERVERS AND MOD PACKS

• Worldith may be used on servers, but servers may not monetize Worldith without explicit permission from the creators.

• You may include Worldith in mod packs as long as the mod is clearly mentioned and credited.

SUPPORT AND DATA COLLECTION

Worldith attempts to assist with any issues you might encounter while using the mod. For help, feel free to join the official Worldith Discord server.

Worldith does not collect any data within the mod itself. The only data collected includes:

• Poll responses that you have voted on. 

• Suggestions you have given to the community. (So we can credit you!)

• Bug reports submitted by you.

• Your Minecraft username (used exclusively for in-game capes).

PROHIBITED ASSOCIATIONS

Do not associate Worldith with any illegal activities, including (but not limited to):

• Drugs or drug-related content.

• Criminal activities such as hacking, theft, or fraud.

• Content promoting hate speech, violence, or discrimination.

Do not associate Worldith with any NSFW content, including pornography, explicit sexual content, or other inappropriate material such as content that is overly graphic, excessively violent, or otherwise deemed unsuitable for general audiences.

VIOLATIONS AND CONSEQUENCES

While Worldith is free to download, violation of this EULA may result in:

• Being banned from accessing Worldith-related platforms, such as the Discord server or community forums.

• Removal of any in-game references, such as capes or credits, tied to your Minecraft username.

• Requests for the removal of content created by you that violates this EULA.

CONTENT REMOVAL

Worldith reserves the right to request the removal of any content you have uploaded related to the mod if it breaks the rules outlined in this EULA.

• We will make every effort to provide a warning and clearly explain why the content is being taken down.

• We aim to avoid being overly controlling and will only take action when necessary to enforce these rules.

• If you feel something is unfair, you may reach out. We will take the time to consider your claims and points.

LIABILITY AND UPDATES

• Worldith is not responsible for lag, compatibility issues, or any other problems it may cause. However, we are happy to provide help if you encounter difficulties.

• The owner of Worldith (zooMolga) reserves the right to update this EULA as needed. Any updates will be communicated clearly to users through official channels, including the Worldith Discord server and announcements on the official site.

• These rules may be broken if you have received written permission from the owner of Worldith (zooMolga).
